The Business Value in Transformation
Countless transformation programmes are being run with little if any focus on Business Value. Often the Business Case is weak in terms of value estimation, and the words Benefit Management are little more than an academic term.
Research by KPMG shows that many companies are disappointed by the business results and value that their transformation investment and effort receives. This is largely because they are managed and led by those who are experienced with technology projects, but not with the overarching business transformation management concepts.
